L'Université (Phillip) Kelly L'Université Kelly ou Université Naroise de Philip Kelly tient son nom de l'homme du même nom: Philip Kelly qui fut le général qui libéra la ville pendant la Grande Guerre. C'est l'Université la plus prestigieuse de l'Ouest du Cosmos. Cette université sert également d'académie du Nacre (département).
